Document Description
The San Bernardino County Fire Protection District (FPD) and San Bernardino County Flood Control District (FCD) propose to grant easements to Southern California Edison (SCE) to facilitate an electrical utility services upgrade for Fire Station 226, located at 1920 Del Rosa Avenue North, San Bernardino, within San Bernardino County. The proposed easements from FPD include a six-foot-wide strip of land (strip #1), and a seventeen foot- wide strip of land (strip #2) located on the northeastern portion of the parcel 0273-011-22. The proposed easements from FCD include a six-foot-wide strip of land located on the eastern portion of parcel 0273-011-26. These proposals are exclusively for the establishment of easements to facilitate the electrical utility upgrades for the new Fire Station 226
