Document Description
The San Bernardino County Flood Control District (District) is proposing to relinquish 28.75 acres of easement as surplus property to San Manuel Band of Mission Indians. The San Manuel Band of Mission Indians is requesting to obtain surplus property from the District for a portion of an existing drainage channel that is routed within the reservation boundary. The applicant understands that upon obtaining the surplus property, San Manuel will be responsible for maintenance of the channel.
