Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-MEN-16390-R1C, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Haytham Ibrahim.
The Project is limited to two (2) encroachments. The first proposed encroachment is to upgrade an existing culvert. Work for this encroachment will include excavation, removal of the existing culvert, replacement with new properly sized culvert, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.
The second encroachment is to replace four parallel culverts with a steel beam bridge along an embankment between two on-stream ponds. Work for this encroachment will include excavation, removal of the existing culverts, removal of a steel plate and concrete slab on top of the culverts, widening of the channel, installation of abutments, installation of the steel beam bridge, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary.
