Document Description
The project consists of the placement of two gateway monuments identifying the historic district of the town of Freeport. One monument would be placed on each side of Freeport Boulevard. Both monuments would be located outside of Caltrans’ right of way. Additionally, one historic interpretative sign would be placed to feature the community’s historic identity and location.
