Document Description
The Project consists of emergency repairs at two locations approximately 300 feet apart along the Bear Gulch Reach of Bear Creek: Bear Gulch Fish Ladder Diversion Access Road (Access Road), southwest of the Raw Water Main Transmission Pipe (Transmission Line). The Project is being undertaken to ensure that staff can access the fish ladder to remove impediments, ensuring the fish ladder functions properly, and to prevent failure of the transmission line which could discharge raw water into the creek and inhibit access at a nearby residential property.
