This project consists of construction of an approximately 0.5-mile segment of the San Francisco Bay Trail located in the City of Martinez. The new segment will close an existing gap in the trail. It will start at Carquinez Regional Shoreline paralleling Union Pacific Railroad tracks in a shared easement before connecting to an existing pedestrian path in downtown Martinez.
