The Project is limited to restoration activities in response to CDFW Notice of Violation No. 1600-2021-9028-R5. Restoration activities include bank contour restoration, erosion control, non-native species removal, excess sediment removal, revegetation of disturbed areas with native plants, and maintenance and monitoring to ensure success of restoration activities. These activities will restore impacts resulting from unpermitted placement of two storage units in the creek with associated work to build a bridge over these units, subsequent damage resulting from winter storm flows pushing the units further downstream, and then finally removing the units and the bridge from the creek.
