This project would expand an existing 5,699 square-foot building by 128 square-feet, accommodate parking and sea cargo containers at an adjacent lot. This is w1thm the allowable development footprint of the lot and conforms with the Southeastern San Diego Community Plan designation of Neighborhood Mixed Use-Medium. The site Is
surrounded by similar urban development, Is within city limits, Is less than five acres In size, Is of no value as habitat for endangered species, would not result in significant effects to traffic, noise, air quality, or water quality, and can be adequately served by all required ut11it1es and public services. The site Is not included on any list compiled pursuant to Government Code Section 65962.5 for hazardous waste sites.
