Document Description
The proposed abandonment work involves the removal of the pump unit and power pole, mobilization of a rig to remove rods and tubing from the well and mobilization of a Coil Tubing Unit (CTU) to clean out the well to the bottom, and bulk cement and pump trucks to fill the well with cement from bottom to surface. All equipment and material associated with each oil well will be completely removed from the well pad. All staging areas, if necessary for equipment or materials and escape routes, will be located outside of the floodway.

No expansion of existing or former use will occur. Further, none of the exceptions to the exemption in CEQA California Code of Regulations, Title 14, Section 15300.2 apply
