The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-SMO-50862-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Stanford University, as represented by Ramsey Shuayto. The purpose of the Project is to replace and upgrade five culverts in unnamed tributaries to Atherton Creek to improve bed, bank, and channel stability to reduce erosion, and restore hydrological integrity; improve a rural road; and enhance 200 linear feet and 4,000 square feet of riparian habitat.
