Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-SMO-50862-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to City of South San Francisco, as represented by Lawrence Henriquez. The purpose of the Project is to maintain and repair bridge components. The Project consists of maintenance and repair activities at three bridges to repair and rehabilitate railings; repair concrete spalling; add cathodic protection to reinforced concrete columns and pile extensions; inject concrete cracks with epoxy; and the replacement of some concrete barriers.
