Document Description
The proposed stormwater Project intends to alleviate flooding at 2nd and Naples by constructing the following improvements: Install storm drain pipe on Naples Street from 2nd St to 4th St (900 LF), Install storm drain pipe on 2nd Street from Marie St to I St (1,400 LF), Install 12-foot wide bioretention swale over that same stretch (1 ,400 LF), Street improvements on 2nd Street from Marie to I - consisting of the rehabilitation of the existing street, minor pedestrian improvements, cross walks, curb ramps, and vegetative swale, Low Impact development storm drain improvements in Triangle Park (0.6 acres), with potentially regrading half of the alignment of Bass Ave and I St to flow towards Triangle Park (bioretention/biofiltration), Storm drain ditch improvements on the existing ditch along Bass Ave with a 10-foot-wide maintenance path alongside it (3,100 LF).
