Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Streambed Alteration
Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-SMO-49756-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Elizabeth von Emster.
The purpose of the Project is to replace an existing vehicle bridge in a residential driveway over Belmont Creek. The Project is limited activities necessary to building new abutments outside of the top of bank within an existing driveway on drilled concrete piers (and leaving the existing abutments in place) new pier construction; deconstructing the existing bridge including the removal of the existing bridge railing, deck, and wood underpinnings; the installation of a new bridge: including the installation of two steel beams that will form the primary bridge support and then placing a pre-cast deck; removal off-site of debris; and seeding banks and placement of erosion wattles and blankets.
