Document Description
The County has prepared an IS/MND analyzing the proposed development of two 4-MW AC solar PV facilities on County-owned property located at 5300 West Avenue I Lancaster, CA 93536. The proposed Project would consist of the following components: (1) solar PV panels; (2) mounting structures; (3) power conditioners; and (4) site access and fencing. The solar electricity generated by the proposed solar PV facility would be fed to the electrical grid through two separate interconnections provided by SCE.
