The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed
Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number PLA-44296-R2, pursuant to
section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Carissa Savant.
The project is limited to the preliminary grading on the project site for the construction of 2-story
senior living facility, the construction of a parking lot and access road, a natural surface walking
trail with a dog park and nature viewing platform, and the restoration and enhancement of the
riparian corridor on the property.
