Document Description
The proposed project is a request to renew a use permit for an existing cannabis dispensary within a portion of an existing commercial building located on a 1.46-acre parcel zoned K (Recreation and Visitor Serving Commercial) and LC (Limited Commercial), F1 (Floodway Combining District) F2 (Floodplain Combining District) LG/116 (Local Guidelines – Highway 116) LG/RRC (Local Guidelines – Russian River Corridor) RC50/25 (Riparian Corridor) SR (Scenic Resources) and VOH (Valley Oak Habitat); APN 070-150-015.
The proposed project consists of the continued operation of an existing cannabis dispensary including retail sales of medical and adult use cannabis, clones, and deliveries. The operational hours was limited to 7:00am to 7:00pm, Monday through Saturday and 11:00am to 4:00pm Sunday, with a maximum of two (2) full time employees.
