Document Description
The purpose of this Administrative Approval application is to obtain a relief from the prescribed front setback of 45 feet from the centerline of the road, resulting in an allowed front setback of 20-feet from the property line. The proposed project is to remove the existing covered front entry, which is currently located in the prescribed setback. This existing entry will be replaced by: 1) an uncovered deck walkway, which will be 30 inches or less in height and 2) a new covered entry and stairs at the door. The cover on this entry is for safety purposes, as it will prevent snow from the roof from shedding to the area directly in front of the door.
