Reasons for Exemption
Plumas-Sierra Telecommunications will utilize existing public utility easements and rights-of-way that it and it's parent company Plumas-Sierra Rural Electric Cooperative have in place. The aerial portion would follow existing poles. New underground construction, when necessary, will occur in existing public utility easements considered previously disturbed. Following the installation of conduit and cable, the site will be returned to its original condition.
