Document Description
This project entails the installation of approximately 180 feet of 6-inch water line to Pier 1900 Mobile Home Park. The connection will be made to the existing 14-inch water main located near the median on South Main, adjacent to 1922 S. Main. The pipeline will be laid in an easterly direction, utilizing an existing 50-foot easement associated with 1922 S. Main (APN 005-033-93). This easement currently accommodates two large concrete drainage culverts that eventually lead into Clear Lake. The water pipeline will connect to the existing fire suppression system on the west side of the driveway for Pier 1900 while remaining within the easement. This effort will ensure an adequate water supply for fire suppression within the park. The excavation will reach a depth of approximately 4 feet to facilitate proper bedding and a 36-inch native cover.
