Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement No. EPIMS-VEN-48951-R5, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Vallerie Muller.
The Project is limited to the excavation, inspection, and minor repair of the D2 Pipeline within the Ellsworth Barranca. Repairs will be in-kind. A sandbag cofferdam will be used to isolate the work site, and the channel will be recontoured to pre-disturbed conditions once the work is completed. The Project scope previously included the D3 site within the Todd Barranca but was removed.
