Document Description
Project proposes to install one (1) solar array and four (4) all-weather Tesla Powerwalls east of the fleet parking area in Ano Nuevo State Park to provide renewable, solar energy and battery backup to the Año Nuevo State Park office, Marine Education Center, water plant, Horse Barn, and tool shed. Work will:
• Remove one (1) Monterey Pine and two (2) Monterey Cypress;
• Embed screws in ground at a depth of 5-feet;
• Mount the solar array on the screw pile foundations;
• Mount the four (4) Powerwalls to an existing tool shed; and
• Excavate a 70-ft long, 18-24-in. trench from the solar array to the Powerwalls and install electrical conduit and wiring to connect services.
