Document Description
Caltrans proposes to rehabilitate ramp pavement in San Diego County along westbound SR 56 at the Black Mountain Road onramp. The work includes cold planing the top 0.25 feet of the existing asphalt concrete and replacing it with 0.25 feet of rubberized hot mix asphalt (RHMA) along the entire width of the ramp. Night work may be needed for lane and ramp closures. All work will occur in the paved travel way within Caltrans right-of-way.
