The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed
Lake Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number LAK-54143-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Robert Smith. The project is limited to the removal and replacement of a single pile personal watercraft lift with a new double pile boat lift. One existing 4-inch by 4-inch steel pipe will be removed and two new 6-inch I-beams will be installed to support the new lift. All other existing structures will remain in place.
