The proposed project consists of the replacement of sewer and water lines in a 20' alley running from 3017 High Street to Riverside Drive. The infrastructure project would not modify the size of the water and sewer lines and as such, capacity would not be modified. All work will be conducted within the boundary of the public right-of-way and the 20' alley.
