SWP Agreement #24014 provides for a non-permanent transfer of up to 4,000 acre-feet of Tulare Lake Basin Water Storage District’s (Tulare’s) 2024 State Water Project Table A water to KCWA. The request was made on behalf of landowner Sandridge Partners, which farms in both Tulare’s and KCWA’s service areas. The transfer of water shall be completed by December 31, 2024 for use in KCWA’s service area.
