SWP Agreement #24021 provides for a non-permanent transfer of up to 8,000 acre-feet of San Gorgonio Pass Water Agency’s (San Gorgonio’s) approved 2024 State Water Project (SWP) Table A water to the Westside Districts, which consist of Dudley Ridge Water District (Dudley Ridge) and the following four Kern County Water Agency (KCWA) member units: Belridge Water Storage District, Berrenda Mesa Water District, Lost Hills Water District, and Wheeler Ridge – Maricopa Water Storage District. The transfer of water shall be completed by December 31, 2024 for use in Dudley Ridge’s and KCWA’s respective service areas.
