Document Description
Caltrans District 4 proposes to resurface with 0.10' rubberized bonded wearing course (RBWC)-G from post mile (PM) 3.0 to 6.0, and cold plane asphalt concrete (AC) and place hot mix asphalt (HMA) (Type A) at failed pavement areas (AC Digouts) from PM 6.0 to 13.67 to prevent further damage on the roadway. Construction will be limited to Caltrans right of way and will begin in August 2025 and completed by October 2025. Equipment staging will be limited to paved or designated pullout areas in Caltrans right of way.
