Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has issued a streambed alteration agreement to Michael Bartholdy for the project (EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-MEN-46963-R1C) pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602. The purpose of the project is to resolve a notice of violation by CDFW by decommissioning four stream encroachments. It will also resolve a notice of violation by the North Coast Regional Water Quality Control Board for the same encroachments.
