Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number LAK-51633-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Robert Fischer. The project is limited to the construction of a 105-linear-foot long by 5-foot-tall vinyl seawall. The seawall will be built directly in front of the existing seawall. The seawall will be reinforced with a 200-linear-foot of 4-inch by 4-inch waler which will be supported using 14 4-inch piles secured with earth anchors. The space behind the newly constructed seawall will be backfilled with approximately 30 cubic yards of ¾-inch lightweight drain rock. A refurbished gangway will also be installed to the new seawall and attached to the existing dock.
