Document Description
The proposed project would include development of a three-story, 152,625-square-foot (sf) self-storage facility with an office and managers apartment, 1,323 self-storage lockers, and loading bay on the east side of the building. Five parking spaces would be provided, with primary access by way of a new 30-foot-wide driveway off Corporate Way and a new 20 to 25-foot-wide fire lane would provide emergency vehicle access to the site. The proposed project would require approval of a Rezone, PUD amendment to the Greenhaven Executive Park PUD Schematic Map, Conditional Use Permit, and Site Plan and Design Review.
