The Project applicant is seeking to develop a 3.3-acre portion of the Approved Project site with 164 dwelling units. The project would restrict 50 units for low-income affordable housing in exchange for approval of a density bonus. Thus, in combination with the previously developed units, the Project would result in a density of 22.5 dwelling units per acre.
