Document Description
The proposed project will restore floodplain and fish habitat adjacent to the Sacramento River by manipulating the existing topography, re-contouring a swale, and planting native vegetation. The purpose of the project is to provide juvenile salmonids access to high-quality rearing habitat on the floodplain and remove any barriers that prevent them from returning to the main channel when the floodwaters recede.
