Construction also includes related site work. The work will be located on the same site and will have substantially the same purpose and capacity as the existing buildings. The construction of new classrooms will increase site capacity by 50. The project is not located in a particularly sensitive environment, and will not have cumulative impacts resulting from successive projects of the same type. There are no unusual circumstances.
