Document Description
The original Agreement, SWP #24011, executed on April 2, 2024, sets forth the terms and conditions for the conveyance of up to 25,000 acre-feet of Lower Tule Irrigation District’s (Lower Tule’s) and up to 25,000 acre-feet of Pixley Irrigation District’s (Pixley’s) 2024 Cross Valley water, collectively referred to as “Non-Project Water,” to Tulare under Article 55 of Tulare’s Water Supply Contract with DWR. The Non-Project Water will be made available by the United Sates Bureau of Reclamation to DWR at O’Neill Forebay by February 28, 2025 for subsequent delivery by DWR to Tulare by December 31, 2025. SWP #24011-A amends the original Agreement to add Lower Tule’s and Pixley’s 2024 Friant Recirculation Water as a source of Non-Project Water that can be conveyed to Tulare.
