The overall project was approved by the City of Lakeport (Lead Agency) on Jan. 8, 2025, and the County of Lake is a Responsible Agency under CEQA. All impacts associated with the noted County approvals were included in the ISMND prepared by the City, and CDFW fees were paid by the applicant for the NOD.
