This project will replace up to 1,500 linear feet of existing water pipelines along Parkview Drive in the Casitas Springs community, including service laterals and meters, to support customers of Casitas Mutual Water Company in consolidating their water system with Ventura River Water District. Casitas Mutual Water Company's infrastructure is aging and cannot reliably provide potable water that meets demand. Existing pipelines are deteriorating and often leak.

The new facilities will be in the same location and will have substantially the same purpose and capacity as the facilities being replaced.
