The proposed project, includes, but is not limited to, the County Board of Supervisors’ adoption or approval of the following: (1) a resolution delegating authority to the County Executive to execute an Asset Purchase Agreement and all other actions associated with the RMC acquisition; (2) salary ordinances; (3) a reimbursement resolution related to financing the acquisition; (4) an appropriation modification; and (5) a notice of intent to purchase certain medical office buildings (collectively, the “Project”).
The purpose of the Project is to re-establish services at RMC that have been discontinued or negatively impacted.
