Reasons for Exemption
New water infrastructure would be extended from the City of Santa Rosa to serve the 29 developed parcels that would be provided City water service to correct an existing health hazard. Minor grading and trenching would occur on sites that are essentially flat in existing streets and developed private yards with surfaces to be restored. No exceptions, per Section 15300.2, exist that would preclude use of a Categorical Exemption.
