Reasons for Exemption
SDP 2024-802BMB - APN 190-270-16, can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that it will have a significant effect on the environment, activity is the repurposing of an existing building - Exterior remodel by removing inclined roof, removing Spanish tile, creating new vertical exterior and new exterior color palette, approving the proposed architectural design, and approving the continued use of the existing pole sign. The development activity is not located next to any scenic highway or resources; nor located on a hazardous waste site which is included on any list compiled pursuant to Section 65962.5 of the Government Code; the project does not affect any site that could qualify as historical resources; no structures are to be demolished; and the project will not have a significant adverse impact on a historic resource. It is determined that none of the exceptions to Categorical Exemptions set forth in the CEQA Guidelines Section 15300.2 apply to the project.
