Document Description
Issue a right-of-entry (ROE) to Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) for access to Humboldt Redwoods State Park to allow for vegetation maintenance along existing Rio Dell 1102 kV distribution line and Rio Dell 1101 12 kV distribution lines. The proposed work will trim a total of 17 trees (at 17 locations), remove 9 trees (at 9 locations), and remove one (1) brush unit (at one (1) location).
All work conducted pursuant to this ROE will comply with all state and federal environmental laws, including but no limited to CEQA, NEPA, the Endangered Species Act, Section 5024 of the public Resources Code, and conditions specified by this ROE and other permitting agencies.
