Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board’s Clean Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program is financing the Project referred to internally as Stormwater Drainage Improvements Project. This project comprises planning and design for three stormwater drainage projects, including replacement of failing infrastructure along and restoration of daylighted sections of Cold Creek; and installation of proper storm drain piping, green infrastructure, and underground storage along Washington Drive & Mt Shasta Boulevard and McCloud Avenue & Mt Shasta Boulevard. These projects will reduce flood hazards, increase walkability, and improve stormwater quality.
