Document Description
The proposed Salvage Perforation jobs involve removal of the pump unit head, mobilization of a workover rig to remove rods and tubing from the well, cleanout well to bottom, mobilize wireline truck to run in the hole with perforating guns to shoot holes in the casing, run back into the well with rods & tubing, rig down and move off location. The project will not be injurious to the Regulated Stream or Designated Floodway.
