The pump plant facility, Huntington Blvd Overcrossing (42-0279W), located on State Route 41 at PM 23.58 in Fresno County. The pump plant facility (42-0279W) located on Route 41 at PM 23.58 in Fresno County has been vandalized and sustained significant damage. The damage was a result of wire theft by vandals gaining access to the sump and pump control room through the storage box access and drainage grate located next to the pump house exterior wall and offramp shoulder. The damage from the wire theft has rendered this pump plant inoperable and cannot provide storm water flood protection during a storm event.
