The scope of work also includes the abandonment of six (6) groundwater monitoring wells by pressure grouting within the public right-of-way along Termino Avenue, East 1st Street, Livingston Drive and Belmont Avenue. The project is in compliance with the State’s Water Resource Board requirements.
