Document Description
Several borings and potholes are proposed at all 19 bridge locations and would occur primarily within the existing paved roadway. The borings will be conducted via drill mounted on a truck. Borings will be between 4 and 8 inches in diameter. After sample collection, the boring hole will be backfilled and returned to pre-existing conditions. Within the ephemeral ditch, native soil will be used to backfill the borings. All work would be conducted within County right of way. A NEPA Categorical Exclusion has also been issued for this work.
