The goal of the project is to adaptively reuse the motel and convert it into 26 units of interim housing for transition age youth (TAY) plus space for wraparound supportive services. Twenty two of those units will be HomeKey units, and the remaining four will be used for a separate TAY contract with the Los Angeles Homeless Services Agency (LAHSA).
