Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS- CCA-49657-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to San Ramon Public Works as represented by Brian Bornstein. This proposed project is limited to bank stabilization and erosion repairs at the sites within the creeks mentioned above. Activities will be limited to localized water diversion using temporary sandbag cofferdams at each project site, vegetation removal within and grading of areas requiring repair, excavation of trenches along the toe of eroded slopes, the placement of rock slope protection material, and the incremental filing of eroded banks to restore them to their original grade. There will be limited tree removal, and areas affected by grading will be revegetated by applying broadcast native seed mixture and native planting installation.
