The Discharger proposes to conduct pre-project surveys to finalize the new pole locations and replace three wooden power poles (Z24500, Z24499, and Z24497) located within San Elijo Lagoon with larger steel poles. The surveys at the proposed new pole locations will be done to identify any underground utility conflicts that may require location adjustments. The second phase will be the removal and replacement of the three wooden poles and installation of new poles
