Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-SCR-53911-R3 pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Joe Alves, on behalf of California Poly Corporation. The project is limited to the replacement of two culverts as denoted in the approved 1-07NTMP-020-SCR Minor Deviation 12 “Swanton Pacific Ranch” NTMP. The two crossings are located on Winter Creek Road in the Satellite Stands Unit. Proposed work will occur at Archibald Creek, a Class II watercourse and Winter Creek, a Class III watercourse.
