The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-SCR-52297-R3 pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Dennis Webb, representing Kyle Theriot.
The project is limited to the installation of four culverts and the installation of two rock armored fords, as denoted in the approved 1-24-00079-SCR “Bear Valley Ranch” Timber Harvest Plan.
